We are very proud that Barco’s Nightingales has now been able to help Agnes who lives in Kenya. Agnes was in the recent movie, “The First Grader”.  This great movie was recently nominated for a best picture award. Agnes was one of the children who played a special role in this movie.
We are pleased to announce that we are now providing Agnes with her prosthetic leg.  We provided her with her new leg in Nov 2011.  On an annual basis we will be updating her prosthetic leg. We are also sending Agnes and her 2 siblings  with the support to send them to public school in Kenya.
It is always a thrill to be able to direct your donations to specific children.  This way you can see who is benefiting from your gifts. Agnes is a precious child.  Hopefully, we will be able to meet one day.  What a thrill that would be.  Best wishes Agnes.
