Frida and I want to take this time to thank each of you who have donated money to help our children.  We have received donations from nearly 200 individuals and companies. How honored and thankful we are of  your support and shared passion . You can feel the shared love and compassion that our family of donors have in their hearts.
We could not be doing as much good if it wasn’t for your generosity. A special note of thanks goes out to the employees of Barco.  Over 100 of our employees donated a special gift to me for my birthday in May and another 100 donated another gift for this holiday season.  In total our loving employees have helped nearly 30 children benefit from our foundation. Barco’s Nightingales has become such a special part of the heart and soul of our company. It has elevated everyone and their shared purpose of helping others with these life changing surgeries and Camp experience. We are so touched by their commitment and compassion.
I challenge all of Corporate America to bring a greater purpose to their employees by offering a philanthropic cause to their business plan.  We have only just begun and we hope that each of our donors are also benefiting by feeling better about themselves. We are all in this humanitarian place together and have a responsibility to help those who cannot help themselves.
