Life's Greatest Blessings

February 11, 2012

A child’s smile is one of life’s greatest blessings. There are many children all over the world that cannot smile whether it is physical or they do not feel they have a reason to. We have had the pleasure and honor to work together, forming a community of compassion with people who care and strive to put more smiles on children all over the world. And it is in that same community that we want to expand and grow to be able to be blessed by another child’s smile.
On April 1st, 2012, we are participating in the Camp Ronald McDonald’s Walk for Kids in an effort to send more kids with cancer to this wonderful camp that encourages them, strengthens them and fills their hearts with laughter; and to also help kids around the world that need cleft palate surgeries so they can freely smile as well as help kids that are sometimes so severely burned that they can’t walk or even have use of their hands or feet.
Last year, we had 424 walkers; sent 35 kids with cancer to Camp Ronald McDonald and donated 160 surgeries for kids with cleft palate or burns. Walk with us or walk with us virtually by making a donation and feel the difference compassion makes. Here are some children who we have been blessed by their smiles.

If you are interested in walking with us virtually by making a donation, please see the Nightingales Walk Page. Be a part of our community of compassion and see the difference you can make.
