“Barco’s Nightingales Foundation was a proud Presenting Sponsor of Camp Ronald McDonald for Good Times’  “Walk for Kids” Event on Sunday, April 6th. On this bright sunny day, 2,000 participants WALKED 3.2 miles to support of Camp Good Times and Ronald McDonald Houses of So Cal at the Exposition Park in Los Angeles.  As of today, we’re still collecting donations but we project Camp’s overall goal of $300,000 will be met. We’re proud of Barco’s Nightingales Foundation $50,000 contribution to that goal.

Our first family camp of the season ended last weekend and we’re starting to see big smiles on new faces; as well as familiar ones.  Thanks again to Michael and Frida Donner, Barco’s Nightingales Foundation and the dozens of Barco Uniform’s staff and support organizations who showed their dedication for our mission and came out to walk on April 6th.  On behalf of the 1,500 Campers who will visit us this Spring and Summer you have our gratitude for making Walk for Kids 2014 the most successful in our history.”
