Piero from my trip to Peru was such a friendly and spirited 7 year old.   This photo was taken 2 days after his cleft palates was repaired . He was so friendly to me during his stay at the hospital that I wanted to say good bye before my trip home . This photo was taken on the pitch to their home. I will always remember Piero.  A heartfelt prayer will always be in my heart for him.
