We are featuring Agnes from Kenya.  Let me share with you how we met. Several months ago I met Richard Harding the producer of the movie The First Grader and what a great man he is.  In this amazing movie is one of the actors whose name is Agnes.  If you can make arrangements to see this heartfelt movie, I strongly recommend it. What makes Agnes special is her courage and life’s story.  Agnes was born without the normal functioning of one of her legs. On an annual basis she is fitted for a prosthetic leg.

I was deeply touched with her story and asked Richard Harding how I could help her.  We had many conversations on the topic on how Barco’s Nightingales Foundation could help. We have just come to a great long term arrangement.  Barco’s Nightingales will be providing Agnes with her annual new prosthetic leg along with providing funding for her schooling and the schooling of her 2 siblings.

What an honor and a thrill to be able to be a part of helping Agnes in her life.  God willing one day I hope to be able  to meet her and her family. Please see my gallery album of Agnes.
