Camp Ronald McDonald for Good Times has been supporting children with cancer and their families since 1982. The smiles they have put on these children and their families warms your heart. We raised a challenge with them to help them be able to help more kids. We offered to pay $4.00 per like on the Barco’s Nightingales Foundation facebook page up to $15,000.
The enthusiasm from their crew and friends was exciting. They not only “liked”, but they encouraged others to do so. This past week, I was thrilled to present to Rob Parker, Laurie Dubchansky, and Sally Sanders a check for $11,450.
Courage, love and passion is what comes to mind when I think of the children I have met at the camp, their families and the many volunteers and workers that give their heart and soul to these children.
