It is with great joy that I presented this small token of appreciation to Iris Amano during a surprise birthday lunch for her on May 12, which also happens to be our namesake Florence Nightingale’s birthday.

Iris has been steadfast in her support and unrelenting in her work to support Barco’s Nightingales Foundation’s goals and programs.  She was one of the first to step up and take a leadership role in our organization when we started five years ago. Her dedication, fresh perspective and sense of humor have been a significant contribution to the incredible success we’ve achieved.
We are filled with gratitude and look forward to working together for years to com.  Thank you Iris.
